Pre-HearingPre-Hearing Management - fee repeats after 12 monthsThis part of proceedings can take some time (sometimes up to a year). During this time we'll meet with you when we feel it is necessary and depending on the service you have purchased; assist you with documents, file documents or help you to file them yourself, receive documents if we are on the Court record, help you understand what the Court has sent you, liaise with relevant parties,  give you advice if you are attending. Pre-HearingNegotiation - per half dayYour lawyer advises you, or attends, a settlement conference or roundtable meeting. The fee is for a half-day (three hours) so if the meeting goes over half a day then the price doubles. If the lawyer is not attending (for Solo and Solo+Us) then they will brief you in advance, be available for you to contact during the meeting and give you advice afterwards.$1500$2000$3000$450/hr
Pre-HearingCourt attendance (other court events) - per eventYour lawyer advises you, or attends, a court event (such as judicial conference, directions conference, issues conference, etc.). Defended HearingPreparation - per half dayMeeting with your lawyer to review progress and provide advice on defended hearing. Undertaking research on legal points.
