 Question - Using a Lawyer
"What is the difference between a lawyer and an immigration advocate?"
Answer

Any person who provides immigration advice must be approved by the government, unless they are a lawyer. This is because lawyers are trusted professionals who are regulated by the NZ Law Society.

By using a lawyer for your emigration journey, you also have access to a wide range of other legal advice, which advocates are prohibited from providing.

Question - Job Opportunities
"If I move to New Zealand will it be hard to support myself?"
Answer

New Zealand's borders have been closed for two years and during that time the country has realised how much we rely on people like you, coming here and participating in the economy. NZ is seven times larger than Taiwan but with only 5 million people, so we rely a lot on the skills and experience of immigrants.

Unemployment is at the lowest its been for over 30 years. There are a number of skill categories that will assist your visa application and a number of part-time and seasonal jobs if you are either visiting or studying.  There has never been a better time to live, work and study in New Zealand!

    Let's talk!

We will provide you with a free fifteen-minute consultation with one of our Associates. We have lawyers who speak Mandarin Chinese and Russian, among other languages.
