Currently at Alert Level Two - still okay to come into our branches - video interviewing in place
We are still being careful
Portia implemented heightened virus controls at the start of March 2020 - well before the pandemic declaration. Every time anyone comes into our office they must wash or sanitise hands. We will attempt to use video to undertake meetings either within the office or from a convenient location for you. In cases where we must meet face-to-face both you and us must wear a mask. All common surfaces are regularly disinfected. |
Helping you play your part
All offices are open, however our preference is still to do the legal stuff online - because hey! Why not!? We know this makes us a bit different from the traditional law firms, but that's a good reason why our customers choose us. Just remember It's now a requirement at some places to scan your COVID app or otherwise leave contact details. Our staff will insist on you scanning and sanitising when you enter our offices. |
Legal service the Portia way
We can arrange for a video or telephone consultation. Video link is undertaken using Skype for Business, an ultra-secure peer-to-peer video communication platform. You do not need any special software on your device or computer to video conference us. |
